Born in Denmark in 1974
Graduated from University in Photography UPC.
I work for my company since 2001, specializing in editorial, art, portrait and advertising. I have shot international campaigns and worked with many spanish and international publisher houses. My work has been exhibited in various private galleries, most recently in the APW Gallery, in NY.
I live and work in Barcelona.
I am co-working on a creative documentary film, based on my “Little Black Book” diary that relates a stormy personal experience. The book compiles texts, poems, drawings and photographs. Mi partner in this project is film director Maria Ripoll.
My work has been nominated in the NYPH09 (NY Photography Festival), was selected and exhibited at the Voies Off Festival Rencontres d´Arles in France. Also received an honorable mention at the IPA 09 Awards (Int´l Photography Awards, NY) in the category of Deeper Perspective, competing for the Lucie Award. And most recently won the La Caixa Foundation “Obra Social” Award (Barcelona).
I also teach photography to teenagers in the Fasia Special Education School. We work from the imaginary and build scenarios that the students propose. The inspiration is an experience, a dream or a vision they have. The idea is to exhibit their final work at the end of the school year.
